Delivery in EU takes between 2 to 6 business days.The time of arrival estimates is calculated from the day your order is shipped. Tracking information is found within your account details on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

You can get in touch with us and return your order within 30 days from the purchase of your item. You will need to send the stock back to us at your cost and products must be untouched.

If you happen to get a shipment that has an item missing, please get in touch with us immediately so that we can find the missing item. All requests are recorded and photographed before delivery to avoid any false claims.

Please be aware that we don’t provide reshipment in the case you give a wrong shipping address, or if you refuse or pick up the item after failed attempts to deliver the order.

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not been shipped already, you may drop it by directly contacting us via the communication channels on the website.
